Winemaker Notes: Natural yeast ferment in french oak barriques - 1/3 new.

Viticulture Notes: Single vineyard wine made from clones 15 and Mendoza. The vineyard is unirrigated land on a north facing coastal site with moutere clay-gravels.

Alcohol: 13.8 %

Food Match: Seafood, chicken and runny Camenbert with pears.

The subtle toasty aromas do not really prepare you for the fantastic flavours that consume the palate. These flavours are rich and powerful with citrus and butterscotch elements that combine perfectly with the classy oak. A really elegant wine.
